Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
lvjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. lvjl does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. Verified accounts may expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. lvjl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

lvjl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Upon termination for cause, lvjl reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting lvjl's customer support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the lvjl Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For complaints or disputes relating to specific gaming transactions, you may contact lvjl's customer support team in the first instance. lvjl will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
lvjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, lvjl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the lvjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
